Cowtown Cookers' Basic Barbecue Rub

Ingredients:





     2 c  Sugar


 1 1/2 c  Barbecue spice


   3/4 c  Salt


   1/2 c  Seasoned salt


   1/2 ts Paprika


   1/2 ts Cayenne pepper


     1 tb Mustard seed






 Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle generously on meat and rub


 it in. Let sit at least 30 minutes before cooking
