5 Tab butter
3 Tab flour
8 oz Milk
1 c Chicken stock
1 Egg,beaten
3 Tab sherry
1 Tab lea & perrins
1 Tea salt
1 Tea pepper
16 oz Crab meat
8 oz Grated cheddar cheese
1 X Tabasco in a pan melt ther butter and add the flour make a lite
roux,add the milk,heat and stir till thick,add the stock & egg,remove from
the heat add the sherry,and all the spices. fold in the crab meat and place
