Cranberry Ham

Title: Cranberry Ham
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 Smoked; (5- to 7-pound)
-fully cooked ham half
Whole cloves
1 cn (8-ounce) cranberry sauce
1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
3 tb Cider vinegar
1 tb Steak sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Ground allspice
1/4 ts Ground cloves
Garnishes: salad greens; red
-grapes


Remove and discard skin from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond design, and
stud with whole cloves. Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow
roasting pan.

Combine cranberry sauce and next 6 ingredients. Baste ham with 1/4 cup
mixture.

Bake, covered, at 325? for 1 hour. Uncover and baste ham. Bake, uncovered,
1 more hour or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest portion
registers 140?, basting every 15 minutes. Garnish, if desired.

Makes 10 to 14 servings.
