Title: Creamy Guacamole
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 md Avocado
6 oz Cream cheese; softened
2 ts Lime juice
1/4 ts Tabasco
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce


Cut avocado in half lengthwise, after removing the pit and peeling off
skin,mash the pulp. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a deep bowl.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth. A great dip for blue corn chips or
crackers.
