Title: Creole Sauce

Ingredients:

4 tb Chopped green bell pepper
1 sm Onion; chopped fine
2 tb Butter
1/4 c Sliced mushrooms
2 Tomatoes; sliced
1 c Brown sauce; see recipe
Salt and pepper


Simmer green pepper and onion in butter or margarine until soft. Add
mushrooms and tomatoes, simmer about 5 minutes. Add brown sauce and bring
to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
