Title: Crostini Con Spinasci

Ingredients:

1 Recipe for spinasci a-a
-zeneize; recipe follows
6 sl Thin white bread toast; cut
-into 4 triangles
Ligurian extra virgin olive
-oil; optional
Coarse sea salt; optional


Toast the bread and top it with some of the spinach. You may additionally
choose to drizzle a couple of drops of olive oil on the toast before adding
the spinach. A couple of crystals of coarse sea salt atop the spinach is
also very good.

Yield: 6 servings
