Title: Cucumber-Buttermilk
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 c Buttermilk
1/4 c Grated cucumber
2 tb Minced green onions, white &
-green parts
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 ts Minced fresh parsley
2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Dried dill
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with a tight lid. Stir or shake
well. Refrigerate. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
