Title: Cut (Schnitzel) Beans
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 1/2 qt String beans
2 tb Bacon, smoked, diced
1 tb Butter
3 Onion, large, sliced
4 Med Tomato, chopped
1 ts Salt
1 ds Red pepper
1 c Water, hot


Cut string beans in small pieces. Fry the bacon until crisp and brown, add
the other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Add the hot water and continue
cooking 2 hours longer, adding more water if necessary. Source:
