Title: Desk Set Oven Fried Chicken Breasts
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1/4 c Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tb Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Dried Thyme
1/2 ts Garlic Salt
1/4 ts Ground Red Pepper
1/3 c Low-Fat Buttermilk
4 Skinned Chicken Breast
-Halves; (6 Oz)
Cooking Spray
1 tb Stick Margarine Or Butter;
-Melted
1. Preheat oven to 400 ?. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.
Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in
bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jelly-roll pan
coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken.
Bake at 400? for 40 minutes or until done.
