Title: Dijon Bourbon Marinade
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1/4 c Bourbon
1/4 c Low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Dark brown sugar; firmly
-packed
6 Pearl onions; minced
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts White pepper; or to taste
Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved. It
works best if you use a glass bowl.

Notes: MAKES 1 CUP. This is an incredible marinade for Lamb, pork, chicken
