Title: Double-Boiler Polenta with Gorgonzola
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 Recipe Double-Boiler Polenta
2 tb Unsalted butter, softened
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese in 4
-1 oz. slices


Prepare Double Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter. Divide polenta among four
bowls. Top each with a slice of cheese. Serve immediately.
