Dutch Relish

Title: Dutch Relish
Yield: 4 Cups
Categories: Relishes

Ingredients:

4 c Zucchini, diced
1 c Vinegar
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Prepared horseradish
1 ts Salt


Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring
to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
