1 1/2 ts Yeast
2 c Bread Flour
1 tb Sugar
1/8 ts Baking Soda
1/2 c Sour Cream; (non-fat OK)
1 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Milk
All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the
ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press

NOTES : I have a very good "faux" sourdough recipe that my family loves. It
uses sour cream (can be non-fat) and vinegar (instead of yogurt and lemon
juice). Think you might like to try it.
