Fay's Pumpkin Bread

Title: Fay's Pumpkin Bread
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

1 ts Ground cinnamon
3 c Sugar
3 1/2 c Flour; sifted
2/3 c Vegetable oil
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 cn Pumpkin
2/3 c Water
1 ts Ground nutmeg
2/3 c Pecans; coarsely chopped
1 Egg


Mix all ingredients together. Pour into well-greased loaf pans. Bake 1
hour at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack
before wrapping. This may be frozen. From my friend Fay Carrico Keranen
