Title: Flamb?ed Bananas in Rum

Ingredients:
4 Bananas
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Dark rum
2 Oranges; zest of
1 oz Butter
Clotted cream
Cut each banana into 3 pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar,
orange zest and rum.
Mix in the bananas over a medium heat. Add more rum and flamb?, using a
match to light the alcohol. Allow the flames to go out.
Serve with clotted cream.
