Title: Fresh Grape Salsa
Yield: 4 Servings

2 c Seedless grapes; coarsely
1/2 c Chopped green onions
1/2 c Diced Anaheim chilies; fresh
-or canned
2 tb Chopped cilantro
2 tb Vinegar
1 Garlic clove; minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Bottled hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, mix well. Let stand at least 1 hour
before serving. Drain off excess liquid before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
