Title: Fruit Diamonds
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:

1 pk (8 oz.) Pillsbury quick
-crescent rolls
3/4 c Jam or conserve
Sugar


Preheat oven to 350. Unroll dough and place on waxed paper (DO NOT SEPARATE
ROLLS!) Press all seams together. Place another piece of waxed paper over
top; roll out into a 16" x 12" rectangle. Remove wax paper and cut dough
into 12 4" x 4" squares. Place 1 tablespoon of jam or conserve in center of
each square. Fold two opposite corners into the middle. (Only bring two
corners into the middle, so it looks kind of like a canoli) Sprinkle with
sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 12 minutes. Can be done the
night before, and warmed for breakfast.
