Title: Fruit Kebabs
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

8 Strawberries; hulled
2 Bananas; cut in 8 chunks
2 Kiwis; peeled and cut in 8
-slices
8 Cubes cantaloupe; cut 1 inch
8 Cubes fresh pineapple. cut 1
-inch
1/4 c Pineapple juice
8 Bamboo skewers; (soaked 30
-minutes)


When ready to grill: Alternate fruit among the skewers. Brush fruit with
pineapple juice. Over medium hot coals, place the skewers on a grill coated
with nonstick spray. Cover grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning skewers
every 3 minutes and brushing with pineapple juice.

NOTES : Grilling the fresh fruit adds a wonderful smoky flavor that
balances the sweetness of the fruit. These fruit kebabs make a delightful
accompaniment to grilled chicken or pork or can be served as a dessert with
a dish of fatfree frozen yogurt.
