Garlic Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

Title: Garlic Ginger Pork Stir-Fry
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 tb Cornstarch
1 c Orange juice
2 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Ground ginger
2 ts California Style Blend
-Minced Garlic
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 lb Boneless pork, cut in thin
-strips
1/4 lb Snow peas, trimmed
1 Red pepper, chopped
3 Green onions, sliced


In a medium boiwl, combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and
Garlic. Set aside.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry 5
minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-5 minutes, or
until crisp-tender.

Pour orange juice mixture over pork and vegetables. Cook until thickened.
Serve over rice, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
