Garlic Steak

Title: Garlic Steak
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 lb Beef top round steak, cut 1
-inch thick
1/4 c A-1? Steak Sauce
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Cracked black pepper
2 Cloves garlic, crushed


Combine steak sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Place steak in bag; add
marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator
for at least 1 hour, turning once. Remove steak from marinade; place steak
on broiler in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat. Broil
15 to 18 minutes to desired doneness (rare to medium rare) turning once.

NOTES : We have grilled this recipe with same success.
