Title: Georgia Peach Ice Cream
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
1 c Milk
2 tb Flour
1 c Sugar
2 tb Lemon juice
2 c Crushed peach pulp
1 c Whipped cream
Combine sugar and flour, add milk and cook until thick, stirring
occasionally. Cool. Add peach pulp and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream.
Freeze. Makes 2 quarts.
