Title: Glazed Apricot Pork Kabobs
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless pork loin; cut into
-1-inch cubes
1 Jar; (10 oz) apricot
-preserves
4 tb Orange liqueur or orange
-juice
2 tb Butter; melted
Stir together all ingredients well; place in heavy plastic bag. Marinate at
least 30 minutes. Thread pork onto 4 - 6 skewer (if using bamboo skewers,
soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning). Grill over hot coals
10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, basting often with the marinade.
