Title: Grandma Hitchcock's Mustard Sauce for Ham
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

2 tb Cider vinegar
1 ts Dry mustard
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Cream
1 Egg yolk; beaten


In sm saucepan, whisk in order as listed. Cook over low heat until lightly
thickened. Serve in gravy boat with a ham dinner.
