Title: Greek-Style Chicken
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
6 Boneless; skinless chicken
-breast halves (1 1/2 to 2
-pounds)
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken; mix
well. Add the chicken breasts, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3
to 5 hours, or overnight. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the
chicken for 15 to 18 minutes, or until no pink remains and the juices run
clear, turning them over halfway through the grilling.
