Title: Green Chile Salsa
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:
2 c Chopped tomato
2 cn (4-ounce) chopped green
-chiles; undrained
1/4 c Diced onion
2 tb Minced fresh cilantro
1/4 ts Sugar
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill salsa
at least 2 hours. Yield: 3 cups. Protein 21.7 / Fat 6.7 (Saturated Fat 3.0)
