Title: Green Pepper Jelly

6 lg Green peppers
1 1/2 c Cider vinegar
1 ts Cayenne pepper
6 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 Bottle pectin (or envelope)
Green food coloring

Wash & remove seeds from peppers. Place in blender with vinegar & blend
until almost smooth. Put in pan with cayenne, sugar, salt & pectin; bring
to boil & cook slowly 20-25 minutes. Add food coloring & put into sterile
jars. Seal.
