Title: Hazelnut Vinaigrette
Yield: 16 Servings

Ingredients:
1 c White wine vinegar
1/4 c Hazelnut oil
2 3/4 c Pure olive oil
3 tb Chopped herbs
2 tb Ground black pepper
2 tb Salt
Combine in the order listed: from vinegar to salt. Whisk until well
incorporated. (Makes 16 servings)
