Title: Homemade Cheese Whiz
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb American processed cheese
13 oz Can evaporated milk
2 tb Butter or margarine
2 Egg yolk; beaten
1 tb Flour
In a double boiler, melt butter and add cheese. When softened, add egg
yolks, milk and flour. Cook till thick. Store in a covered jar inthe
refrigerator.
