Title: Irish Shortbread

Ingredients:

8 oz Butter
4 oz Caster sugar
8 oz Plain flour
2 oz Cornflour


1. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and cornflour. Cut into squares
or into rounds and bake in a slow oven until done.
