Joanie's Fruit Spread
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 pk Pudding; french vanilla
1 cn Fruit cocktail; well drained
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form into a ball or desired shape.
Refrigerate. May be frozen and defrosted later. Serve with crackers.
This makes a brightly colored ball of sweetened, cream cheese to spread on
crackers. I think that for those who like fruit and nuts, rolling the ball
in chopped pecans would be a nice touch. I also imagine that you could
substitute low fat cream cheese and sugarless pudding if necessary.
