Title: Lime and Tequila Baste

Ingredients:
1/2 c Fresh squeezed lime juice;
-(4 limes)
2 tb Tequila
1 Clove garlic; minced
3/4 ts TABASCO Pepper Sauce
1/4 c Chopped fresh coriander
L/2 c olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually add olive oil and
stir after each addition. Use as marinade for fish and shellfish. Drizzle
over grilled fish before serving. Makes approximately l cup.
