Lt. Dan's Lemon Shrimp
20 Unpeeled large fresh shrimp
1/4 c Butter or margarine
3/4 c Fresh crabmeat, drained and
1/4 c Dry white Vermouth
2 tb Minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact; set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp, crabmeat, and
next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 4
to 5 minutes.
Spoon mixture evenly into 4 individual serving dishes, arranging shrimp
around crabmeat. Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs and lemon wedges, if
