Title: Mama's Tomato and Apple Jam
Yield: 2 Pints

1 Lemon, chopped
1 pt Tomatoes, fresj or canned
2 c Diced apples
3 c Sugar

Cook lemon until tender in a small amount of water. Add remaining
ingredients and boil mixture until thick and clear. Cool slightly, pour
