1 Jar; (9oz) Cannon's Sweet
1 c Rice
2 c Chicken or beef broth
2 lb Meat; (chicken, pork, lamb
-or beef)

Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Place rice, broth, and 2-3
heaping tablespoons of Sweet Hots in dish and swish with a fork. Nestle
salted and peppered meat on top of rice, sinking meat into liquid. Cover
each meat piece with a scant tablespoon of Sweet Hots. Cover and bake for 1
hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover and brown in oven for 10 to 15 minutes
before serving.

OPTION: If using more than one type of meat, separate in dish with sliced
carrots for color.
