Title: Mashed Potato Cakes
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

2 c Flour, sifted
4 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1 ts Caraway seed
2 c Mashed potatoes
1/2 c Milk


Mix and sift dry ingredients; work in butter and add caraway seed, mashed
potatoes and lastly the milk. Roll about as thick as biscuits; cut into
squares.

Brown slowly in a little fat over slow heat. Split and spread with butter.
