2 lb Potato; sliced 1/4" thick
1/3 c Cold water
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Dill pickles; chopped
1 tb Prepared mustard
1/2 ts Celery seed
1/2 ts Salt
Pickle juice

Combine Potatoes and water in a 2 quart glass casserole; cover. Microwave
on high 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes. Drain.
In a large bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Add potatoes; mi
lightly. Chill. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time is 20 minutes plus
chilling.
