2 lg Green peppers; seeded and
-cut into
2 lg Onions; sliced
2 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced
2 tb Oil
Salt and pepper
Heat oil in large skillet and saute until vegetables are tender, salt and
pepper. Tasty side dish for steaks or hamburgers.
