Ingredients:
6 oz Matzo meal, finely ground
2 oz Potato flour
1 pn Salt, - or -
1 ts Granulated sugar
3 tb Ice water
4 oz Margarine
Mix together matzo meal, potato flour, salt or sugar (depending on whether
you're making a savory or sweet dish). Rub in margarine until it resembles
fine bread crumbs. Add ice water, a little at a t ime (you may not need all
of it), until it forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and chill at least 30
minutes before working.
