Title: Perfect Potato Latkes
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:
6 lg Potatoes
1 md Onion
2 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Flour
Grate potatoes (preferably by hand). Remove excess liquid. Mix in other
ingredients. Fry small spoonfuls until golden brown. Drain and serve hot.
