Title: Pineapple-Pretzel Salad
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 Stick margarine -- melted
3 tb Sugar
1 c Broken pretzels -- heaping
8 oz Cream cheese
c Sugar
2 c Cool Whip
lg Can
Crushed pineapple -- drained


Mix margarine, 3 Tbs. sugar and pretzels. Put in 9 x 13 pan and bake at
400 degrees for 10 minutes. Take a spatula and loosen pretzels from bottom
of pan. Cool. Blend cream cheese, l/2 c. sugar, Cool Whip and drained
pineapple. Spread on top of cooked pretzels. Refrigerate. Serve 10
