Title: Pop-Up Rolls
Yield: 9 Servings

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c Self-rising flour*
3/4 c Milk
3 tb Sugar
1 1/2 tb Mayonnaise


In a bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Fill greased
muffin cups half full. Bake at 375 F. for 18-20 minutes or until lightly
browned. * As a substitute for self-rising flour, place 2 /14 tsp. baking
powder and 3/4 tsp. salt in a measuring cup. Add enough flour to equal 1
