Ingredients:





    15 sm Round radishes, washed and


          -thinly sliced (up to 20)


     1    Hard-boiled egg, chopped


   1/4 c  Sour cream


          Sprigs fresh dill






 Combine radish slices with egg and sour cream and mix well. Arrange on a


 glass plate and garnish with dill. Serves 4
