Title: Roasted Quail and Apple Jerky Salsa Part 2 of 3 - Glaze
Yield: 4 -1/2 cups
Categories: Salsa, Glaze

Ingredients:

4 c Fresh apple cider
1/4 c Fresh ginger; diced
1/2 c Brown sugar
2 ts Cinnamon


Puree together 1/4 cup apple cider and ginger and place puree in a saucepan
with the remaining cider, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes
over medium heat until reduced to the consistency of maple syrup.
