Southwestern Chicken with Salsa

Ingredients:





   1/4 c  Fresh lemon juice


     2 tb Olive oil


     1 tb Green onion -- chopped


     1 ts Dried basil


   1/8 ts Ground black pepper


     1 md Garlic clove -- pressed


     4    Boneless skinless chicken


          Breast halves


     1 c  Chunky salsa






 In Batter Bowl combine first six ingredients.  Add chicken and marinate at


 lease 20 minutes in refrigerator.  Remove chicken  breasts and discard


 marinade.  Place chicken on grilland grill 8-10 minutes on one side.  Turn


 chicken with Bar-B-Boss and gril l 7 minutes. Spoon salsa over chicken and


 grill an additional 3 minutes or until done. Remove from grill and serve on


 a bun.
