Title: Soy, Cilantro and Jalapeno Sauce
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:
2 tb Water
1 tb Light soy sauce
1 ts Dark soy sauce
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Cilantro; minced
1 ts Jalapeno; minced, with seeds
1 ts Green onion; minced
3/4 ts Oriental sesame oil
1/2 ts Red wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients in small bowl.

NOTES : Can be prepared 3 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room
temperature.
: Use with egg rolls or pot stickers as dipping sauce. (Might be
good with chicken too.)
