Ingredients:
2 tb Pepper; coarsely ground
Cracked
3 tb Onion powder
2 1/2 tb Coarse salt
2 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Worcestershire powder; look
-for Le Chateau
2 ts Ground ginger
2 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Sugar
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8
weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.
