Title: Tenderloin Pita Pockets
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 ts Olive oil
1 sm Onion; sliced and separated
-into rings
1/2 Green pepper; diced
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 lb Tenderloin tips; cut into
-lengthwise strips
4 Pita pockets; cut in half


Combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in a non-stick frying
pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add beef strips, brown all sides and season to taste.

Place 1/4 meat mixture into a pita and top with Sour Cream Dill Sauce or
another sauce of you choice.
