Ingredients:
3 tb Red wine vinegar
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/2 ts Dijon-style mustard
3/4 c Olive oil
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Marjoram
1/4 ts Thyme
Salt and pepper; to taste
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.
