7 oz Soft tofu (drain & rinse);
-mashed
1 Stalk diced celery
2 tb Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Dill
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Celery salt
1 tb Chopped sweet pickle
Mix all ingredients & make sandwiches.
