Title: Willingham's General Dry Rub

Ingredients:
3 tb Salt
1 tb Black pepper; freshly ground
1 1/2 ts Lemon pepper
1/2 ts Onion salt
1 ts Mild chili powder
1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 tb Brown sugar
1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Citric acid; powdered
-(Ever-Fresh)
1 ts White pepper
Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store
in a cool dark place.
